It is set as a result of the conducted researches, that for the improvement of normative base in a production sphere it is necessary to develop the new methodological going near development of standards, established expedience of the use here system and process approaches and methods of complex and passing ahead standardization. The structure of subjective criteria of quality courses in professional development doctors of veterinary medicine is developed; the hierarchical structure of criteria of quality courses of professional development (PD) doctors of veterinary medicine is created and kvalimetrical estimations are developed for them. Certainly priority directions of standardization in a sanatorium-resort sphere; principles, elements and procedures of development computer-integrated control system, are chosen on the basis of international standards, internal and external advantages of introduction and such control system are certain. The lacks of the state checking and supervision after the unconcern of agricultural and food produce system and developed suggestions are set for its perfection.
