The analysis approaches of providing safe fruit and vegetable goods production and generalization the best international and European experience of growing, storage and transporting the fruit and vegetable products is carried out. Methodical recommendations are developed in relation to the requirements of GAP for the receipt of the safe fruit and vegetable products on the basis of international and European requirements. The purpose оf research is - an analysis of operating in Russian Federation legislative and normatively legal acts which regulate access of agricultural and food vegetable produce to the market; analysis and generalization the international and European experience to receipt of safe fruit and vegetable products for the assured supply to Russian Federation with development of methodical recommendations in relation to the requirements of GAP for producers and suppliers. Research objects are - the legal adjusting of export and import agricultural and food produce in Russian Federation; modern development of international and European control system and evaluation of accordance the fruit and vegetable products by an unconcern status. Research methods - during the leadthrough of research used the methods of analytical and comparative analysis, systematization and generalization.
