Object of research – volumes of assets of the saving Pension fund of the second level and not state pension funds of the third level of pension system in Ukraine which can be involved in economy of Ukraine in the form of investments. Research objective is working out of a technique and software estimations of investment resources of system of a memory provision of pensions on the scientifically-proved theory and methodological bases. Creation of toolkit for an estimation of volumes of assets which will arrive in national economy in the form of investment resources from saving pension system, will allow to spend an estimation of readiness of the market of investment tools to receipt of such assets and to carry out corresponding regulatory actions which would promote increase of efficiency of investment of pension assets. Subbject of research – processes of formation and use of investment resources of saving Pension fund and not state pension funds in the conditions of the modern market of Ukraine corresponding to the requirements established by special legislation acts. Research methods. At the decision of research problems general economic, legal and special methods of research were used (a method of the logic and comparative analysis, the legal and economic analysis of interrelations, the factorial analysis, tendencies of development, processing of legislation acts and references). Results of Research. Validity of conclusions proves to be true their approbation during discussion at scientifically-practical conferences and round tables which have taken place in the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of Labor and social policy of Ukraine, the State commission on securities and the stock market, the State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine, the Ukrainian association of investment business. Results of work are introduced in practice of work of the Ukrainian stock market development institute. The basic sections of research are transferred for the publication in periodic scientific editions. Results of research can be used for carrying out of a look-ahead estimation of volumes of investment resources which can be involved in economy of Ukraine from the Saving pension fund and not state pension funds, by working out of is standard-legal documents on which basis the analysis and management of investment activity of the Saving pension fund, and also the analysis and regulation investment activity not state pension funds will be carried out.
