For economic content of each parameter on the basis of the expert survey approach to its criterial evaluation. Determined that the range of variation of these parameters with regard to regulation mainly deals with the general trends of development of a region. Based on certain parameters that can be used in the calculation of indices and indicators, formed methodological approaches to the use of final and intermediate results of calculations in the process of management-level administrative units. Developed guidelines and decision-making algorithm that given to state authorities, local self-government for approval and subsequent use of dynamic simulation results of the eco-nomic system of administrative-territorial unit in making their management decisions.
