There was found the dependence of the change of thyroid gland function and functional state of dendritic cells population in the experimental conditions. The study of the impact of high frequency microwaves (HFMW) on the experimental adenocarcinoma allows to establish that HFMW (15 min.) exposure caused the singinificant increase of the sizes of experimental tumours comparingly with the that animals not exposured ot HFMW. There was stated that the use dendritic cells primered with turboeffect transfection reagent R-0537/siRNA allows to decrease the size of experimental tumours by 27% in the group of rats with experimental hypothyreosis and by 15% in the group of rats with experimental hyperthyreosis. There was conducted the study of the dendritic cells markers CD1a+ and CD83 in the cervical smear amongst the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasiae. There was determined the significant decrease of the population of unmatured (CD1a+) and matured (CD83) dendritic cell. Also there was conducted the study of the dendritic cells population in the endometrium of the patients with hyperplastic processes.
