The purpose of work - development of offers concerning structure, contents of an attributive part and ways of filling and use of a uniform database of soil resources of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. An essence of researches - in analytical comparison of the contents of three databases and search of the most adequate general variant. Each party had been showed fragments of an attributive part and samples of filling, and also results of inventory of own databases at the first stage of work. Offers concerning development of the unified system of representation and coding of data have been stated. The developed principles of formation of a uniform database and control system of a database can be used for creation of databases in different scientific and industrial establishments which activity is connected with monitoring and research of a soil cover and soil properties.
