The work purpose is to develop the engineering documentation and to make the demonstration installation prototype for realisation by the Client of a technological process of selective decomposition of polymetallic ores. The results of developments in the field of crushing of nonmetallic materials show that electrodischarge technologies and equipment are capable to provide conditions for high extent of recycling with much smaller metal and energy consumption rates compared to mechanical devices. Knots and electric equipment units, components of a technological knot are made, tests of the electrohydraulic device at the laboratory stand are conducted. The installation is delivered to the Client where supervised mounting and commissioning were conducted. Application field: consumers of the developed equipment will be the enterprises of a mountain-metallurgical branch occupied with enrichment of polymetallic ores and recycling of technogenic storages.
