The objective of the paper is to explore the influence of different mechanisms and factors on the process of ductile deformation of contact surfaces of different metals to determine efficient ways to intensify their ductile deformation under the influence of pulse currents. The methods of the research: analytic approach, mathematic modeling and computational experiment. In frames of the microscopic mathematical model of interconnected equations of electrodynamics, heat conductance and continual theory of ductility, the contribution is estimated made into complete electroductile deformation by such physical effects as magnetic field, pinch-effect and dynamic temperature field arising at passing of powerful current pulses through metals. On this basis, for the first time the physicomathematical model is offered describing ductile deformation of contact surfaces of metals taking into account a complicated microrelief of their surfaces, final contact resistance between them in conditions of current pulses effect.
