The object of the research is the principle of configuration of high-voltage pulse capacitors with a film dielectric on the basis of unification of their sections and constructive devices taking into account optimisation of parametres and performances of the capacitors. The research are conducted to choose a working dielectric structure and the magnitude of working electric intensity in a dielectric depending on the predetermined resource and operating modes of capacitors. For making of a scale of pulse capacitors with a film dielectric consisting of 59 standard ratings for the rated voltage from 6 to 200 kV, 2 types of a working dielectric, and on their basis 5 structures of a dielectric with an electric intensity from 64.1 to 222 kV/mm are chosen. It is shown that at use of a principle of unification of sections and constructive devices it is possible to reduce the expenses for the design, making of the capacitors, to increase the quantity of standard ratings of capacitors offered to sale, to lower the nomenclature of the materials which should be purchased both in Ukraine and abroad. Two prototype models of high-voltage pulse capacitors are developed, made and tested for the technology of purification of castings and for the technology of crushing and fracture of the oversized items which surpass the existing similar capacitors with a film and paper-film dielectric.
