Work subsequent: the analysis of accepted methods of traffic safety levels estimation, the statistics assessment of function, existing between the road condition and quantity of TVAs occurred has been fulfilled. As a result of such a detailed analysis, which concerns a motor roads condition and a TVAs classification, there were brought out a cause-effect relationship between them.
