The results of numerical experiments and their analysis showed that the error calculation method of residual stress does not exceed 8% in the study of stresses in the pipe with a diameter of 89 mm and 9% in the study of stresses in the pipe diameter of 76 mm. On the basis of the experiments showed the possibility and feasibility of using the developed speckle interferometric method and apparatus for the diagnosis of stress-strain state of elements of welded structures and different objects that are not only flat, but curved surface.
