Objective is research and theoretical justification for the use of anticrisis management in the process of financial and business activities of domestic enterprises, development a conceptual approach to the system of anticrisis management and development of key provisions of its methodological support. The method of investigation is a systematic approach, models of induction and deduction, comparison and systematization. There was specifyed of the category "crisis" and defined of "crisis facility." There was generalized and systematized conceptual approach to the system of anticrisis management. There were considered ways of improving the methodological support of anticrisis management tools such as restructuring, reengineering, reorganization, risk-management, controlling and economic security. Results of research are used PrJSC "Ukraine Research Institute for Special Printing Processes" in the finance department for current and strategic management.
