Goal of the research is to study of nuclivet and unitiol efficiency at animal T-2 toxicosis; sorbents and biologically active additives clinical efficiency at rats chronic T-2 and zearalenone toxicosis; determination of the adsorbents sorption properties to T-2 and desoxynivalenone using high-yield liquid chromatography; to develop the prediction methods of enterocorbents clinical efficiency in animals mycotoxicoses by in vitro bioassay with plant test- objects involvement. In the experiment, it was established that nuclivet and unitiol stimulate the enzyme systems' activity of T-2 toxin biotransformation, and inhibit its toxic influence. The bioantioxidants (?-tocopherol acetate, retinol palmitate, cholecalciferol, and ascorbinic acid) adding to the main diet of rats with T-2 toxicosis helps to inhibit lipid peroxidation, improve their performance status, and feeds assimilability. In the experiment with piglets affected by T-2 toxin, it was proved that nuclivet improves the mineral metabolism parameters, transaminases activities, increases the platelets general amount, and helps to increase the body gains as much as 1,8-2. Aquaton has an apparent fungistatic activity to toxigenic micromycetes. Administration of mineral sorbents and biologically active additives are proved to be one of the most advanced methods of T-2 toxin action neutralization. The techniques of mycotoxins detection by high-yield liquid chromatography and enterosorbents clinical efficiency by in vitro bioassay with plant test objects involvement in animals toxicoses have been developed.
