A purpose of investigation is a scientific ground of realization of measures for the improvement of water quality in the Ingulets' River Basin. In scientific researches were used such methods as: field, laboratory, system and variance analysis and mathematical simulation. Results of investigation are shown that the perspective variant to obtaining of due water quality in the trank canal is suppling of satisfactory water quality during vegetation period in the Ingulets' River as a source of irrigation in the modern water management and economics conditions. It is may achieve by realization of flushes in period from April 15th to August 1st from Karachun reservoir by water of satisfactory quality and capacity 12 m3/s with insignificant correction which depending on weather conditions.
