Suggestions about a necessity and possibility of BRT Concern construction are developed on the base of national, regional or local multiplex of digital terrestrial TV broadcast of DVB-T/DVB-T2 standards; - development of satellite and broadcasting services with an orientation on the earth stations facilities of space connection of BRT Concern. It is shown that BRT Concern development should be directed on introduction of modern satellite broadcasting technologies, high-speed access with wide range of multimedia services including telemedicine, remote training etc. - status of terrestrial sound broadcasting introduction in the world. Thereupon is shown that the most real possibility of bringing an operating park of АМ transmitters to the modern conditions is only the modern transmitters purchase with possibility of providing digital broadcast services. On results of researches are developed and given recommendations to BRT Concern. Introduction efficiency: It is shown that the present BRT Concern radio and TV systems as a result of modernization will have the best efficiency indexes, provide subscribers with high-quality new level of telecommunications services and possibilities of introduction with account of developed recommendations.
