With the help of a hot-pressed reaction of composition of powders HfС-B4С, ТіС-В4С-Sі аnd HfС-В4С-В under temprtures 21500С and pressure 30 Мpа during 10 minutes the ceramic composite materials the next structure HfС-HfB2-С, ТіB2-SіС-С та HfB2-В4С were received . The procedure to obtained the ceramic composite materials of structure ТіВ2 - SiC - С with the help of rapiidily heat pressure reaction of composition TiC - B4C - Si were used.
