Purpose - to estimate characteristics of the genetic structure of populations of pigs (Sus Scrofa) against the background of human influence, using selection-dependent (structural genes) and selection-neutral (microsatellites) DNA markers. Research Methods - Laboratory, Department of Mathematics and statistical analysis of gene polymorphism. As a result of research work of the bank of DNA profiles of pigs from different regions of Ukraine. It is established that in areas with significant anthropogenic pressure (due to the Chernobyl accident), there is increased frequency of alleles at a locus ESR, which can be associated with an increased resistance of animals to a variety of factors, anthropogenic pressure. In addition, it is here that the most common population of pigs in a state of violation of genetic equilibrium with respect to gene ESR, which is manifested in a significant deficit of heterozygotes and reduce their level of genetic diversity. There is considerable variability with respect to the frequency of genotypes as well as individual alleles of IGF2, but this variability can not be described nor breed, nor territorial differences. A significant variability with respect to microsatellite reflect more particularly examined populations interbreed of pigs. Forward-looking assumptions regarding the development of the facility study - development of methods for optimizing the use of the gene pool of domestic pigs Sus scrofa in the factors of technogenic pollution.
