The purpose of the work was to determine changes in the environmental conditions on the territory adjoining to the deposit, analyze the character and trends of these changes after closing the deposit mining. Method of the research is hydrogeological modeling. For estimation of interaction of the deposit mining processes and hydrogeological conditions, the mathematical model of the environment investigated is created; the halos of the groundwater contamination are developed. Results of the work will allow to estimate changes in the hydrodynamic and hydrochemical situations in the groundwater after closing the deposit mining, as well as to define the monitoring hole network placing.
