It was shown that such system can be described by the semiclassical theory. This formalism was used for the case when the system of qubits was probed by electric or nanomechanical resonator. The realistic systems were studied where the multiphoton excitations of the single and two coupled qubits were observed. Good agreement between experimental and theoretical results demonstrates contamporary ability to descrcibe essentially quantum phenomena in mesoscopic systems.
