It was revealed following sequence of crystal transformations: the orphorhombic polar phase (R3c), modulated polar phase and modulated antipolar phase. Modulated polar and antipolar phases are weak ferromagnetic with the spontaneous magnetization equaled 0.25 gauss cm 3 g-1 (x = 0.09). The piezoelectric response in polar weak ferromagnet (x = 0.09) was found by the method of piezoresponse force microscopy. It was about 2.5 times larger than that of the BiFeO3.
