A purpose of work is development of the applied theory (complex universal method) of creation of fast-acting precizionnykh EGSS, which includes models, methods and algorithms of structural and self-reactance synthesis, which would allow system and effectively, with the minimum expenses of time and methods to create electro-hydraulic systems with high-performance exactness and fast-actings. The universal and specified sequence of process of creation of fast-acting is developed precizionnykh EGSS, including the detailed list, descriptions and intercommunication of the basic stages with pointing of possible problems and ways of their decision. The system of universal formalizovannykh technical requirements is developed to the fast-acting precizionnym EGSS, necessary at their development and research.
