Purpose of – terms of the compatible use strong variable and permanent the electromagnetic fields for heating of okhvativayuschey detail and automated assembling selftightening for it the engulfed magnitopodvizhnoy system, with subsequent development of technical standard of the multifunction magnetic system. A sphere of the use is enterprises of machine-building complex . The types of the electromagnetic systems are certain, what are intended for the orientation of wares in space and their moving, and also systems, for assembling of connections from two details or their sorting out. Two types of the systems are certain for heating, that most befit for application in the multifunction electromagnetic system. The flow diagram of construction of the elektomagnitnoy system of assembling of connections is developed from ferromagnetic details, which consists of subsystem for moving of detail of type billow and subsystems for his vibration, which execute the process of connection of details due to co-operation permanent and variable the fields. The effect of assembling of connections selftightening of mobile detail is arrived at due to co-operation of the heterogeneous fields. Dependences, which allow to define ponderomotornye forces which operate on a mobile detail, are got, depending on napruzhennosti of the electromagnetic fields, mass and position of detail. Dependences allow to decide the task of determination of electric parameters of electromagnetic subsystems, electromagnetic system of collection of connections. The structure of physico-mathetical model of heating of wares, which describes a transient is developed. It is discovered vzaemozv''yazok between exactness and power descriptions of frame-clamping mechanism and size of thermal gap which determines the temperature condition of drafting. It is created fiziko-matematichna model on determination of parameters of inductor for heating of wares, taking into account temperature and sentinel conditions. Necessary dependences are got for determination of parameters of the induction heating, from which basic is duration of process of heating and power charges. Dependences which allow to find the parameters of inductor for collection taking into account a frame-clamping gap are got. A physico-mathetical model is created on determination of parameters of inductor for heating of wares, taking into account temperature and sentinel conditions. On the basis of the created physico-mathetical model of inductor intended for heating of wares, the design of heating of details is conducted by the different types of inductors with the different charts of including. On the basis of dependences for determination of magnetic-action forces at collection of ferromagnetic details in connection wearing out the necessary sizes of rational gap are certain between details which are folded, and found out the necessary temperature of heating of comprehensive detail which will provide collection of connection. As a result of the conducted researches the optimum parameters of multifunction inductor are certain for electromagnetic collection. For pitverdzhennya of theoretical developments a project is developed laboratory the standard of multifunction inductor, which allows to execute heating of ferromagnetic details under frame-clamping operations, and also certainly optimum parameters of work of inductor.
