The article of research is the normatively-methodical providing of management quality in an engineer with the use of statistical information of the limited volume. A research aim is creation of complex of the normative providing of management quality of tooling in an engineer at the limited volume of statistical information, that allows effectively to manage quality of making of wares.Scientific principles of creation of the normative providing of management quality of machine-building products are worked out at the limited volume of information taking into account perspective of development of technique and technologies. The multilevel model of standardization of statistical methods of management is created by quality of products and technological processes on all stages of her life cycle, in which the system of standards is foreseen on the statistical methods of management by quality at a few of information with the subsystems included in her.Intercommunication is set between the factors of different level, influencing on the indexes of quality wares, and by the type of model of distribution, that allows to suppose, what model of distribution concrete technological terms are most near to.The analysis of the supposed models of distribution of indexes of quality is conducted at different to exactness of making with the use of curves of Pearson. The conducted analysis confirmed with the use of mass experiments, that at the rough methods of treatment model of distribution of actual sizes of details near to normal, and at the exact methods of treatment - model of Simpson and equal probability.For checking of model for adequacy methodology of application is offered sensible descriptions by an analogue, which there are intensity of refuses and middle remaining resource in the theory of reliability, which showed that the offered model of beating is more adequate on mass tests.The method of authentication of model of dispersion of the rationed parameters of quality is offered, allowing to define to what from the offered models of distribution belongs empiric values of indexes of quality. Thus, this method allows to define the model of distribution on a few of statistical information. new methods for obtaining estimates of model parameters of the random variables that can be used to estimate the model parameters used in the study of issues of quality management in engineering. These methods are based on the theory of order statistics. A new optimal linear unbiased estimate of the parameters of the distribution model of Simpson, for example, is applied at the 7th Qualitet precision parts manufacturing. Its application in solving practical problems would reduce the sample size without loss of accuracy. Received a series of reference and regulatory factors for practical use in solving practical problems and for reference and methodological support of regulations for the effective application of statistical methods of quality management in the form of correction coefficients, the variances and mathematical expectations of order statistics. We obtain statistical estimates of dispersion model of the complex index of quality in different ways: the method of moments, maximum likelihood method, a method that involves the application of modal values of the last order-statistics, and we proposed a method based on mathematical expectation of the first and second order statistics. A statistical analysis of existing and proposed assessments, which showed high efficiency of the estimates obtained by methods developed and allowed us to determine the method of choosing the optimal estimate based on current statistical information.
