It is established that the difference between the methods of synthesis is shown in the number of levels of self-organizing fractal xerogel (three in the hydroxide and two - in the sol-gel) and the absence of mass-fractal self-organization in the sol-gel synthesis. The difference in the conditions obtaining in the sequence shown hydroxides types of fractal structures. It is established that the fractal structure of nanoparticles affects the properties of ceramic materials. It is shown that the mass-fractal aggregation improves filtration, education slabkoaglomerovanih precipitation and a decrease in the 200-300 C temperature sintering of ceramics based on ZrO2.
