Increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with tumors of deep localization and at their distribution to functionally important zones of a brain on the basis of results of a complex of modern researches, use new diagnostic and surgical techniques. Methods - MRI, DW MRI, MR - tractography, MRI with contrasting, SPECT. Theoretical and practical results - applicathion of modern diagnostics and treatment patients with intra-axial tumors is connected with precision diagnostics anatomical and functional changes of a brain in these patients, complex of specific technological methods for fulfildment highly effective surgical interventions. Application of systems of neuronavigation allows to do more effective, safe, total removal of tumors and increase life expectancy of patients with tumors of hemispheres brain at the minimum postoperative deficiency.
