On the basis of analysis of problem, patent and searching researches it is shown that is the principal reason of unsolved of most problems of determination of quality of crystals of multicomponent compounds are the multyscale fields of defects. It is investigation of spatial heterogeneity of processes of transfer, self-organization and relaxation. It is shown, that it stipulates fluctuations of the electric and resilient fields of that aggregates of structural defects, which functionally are the sources of instability, dissipation, non-linearity. The dielectric parameters of standards CuIn5X8(X-S, Se, Te) are definite. The results of structural researches of compounds are resulted and also the algorithms of the image processing of the poisoned and split off surfaces of crystal and their analysis are developed on the basis of discrete wavelet-transformation and determination of their informative entropy. Set, that features of dynamics of photoresponce of the CuIn5X8 (X-S, Se, Te) compounds the most complete are displayed in signatures of spectral photodielectric and photo-electric photoresponce in the phase space. It is shown, that at photo-electric researches of crystals the dynamics of external indignation must be concerted with the character of distributing of the internal fields of crystal.
