Conceptual principles of signature approach to the decision of quality of the multicomponent AIBIIIICVI compounds are grounded in theory. On their basis the algorithms and programs of receipt, treatment and analysis of parametrical signatures of spatial, spectral, time and frequency characteristics are developed. Their configurations and areas display the structure of characteristics and power of subsets of the dynamic micro states of crystal accordingly. For the analysis of system changes in the structure of functional characteristics of crystals which are investigation of spatial heterogeneity and disordering of structure of these crystals, offered integrative indexes of balanced, stability and asymmetry. It is experimentally set, that local instability of photo-electric, dielectric and other characteristics of crystals is determined by certain multiscale defects which are the potential sources of local instability and dissipation. Are grounded entropy and integrative indexes which allow estimating power of potential sources of instability. Their approbation by the comparative analysis with noise descriptions of crystals and their spatial ordering is conducted.
