The possibility of formation of deformation by friction of the surface mixing layer (for samples of nickel and nikelhromovyh alloy), composed of koheziyno interconnected micro-and nanoscale structural zones with an average size of 20 30mkm and 10-60nm, respectively. It is shown that the surface layer of coating material, obtaining by friction with the mixing, the depth of 1 mm is formed structure, which consists of elongated grains of nickel thickness of 10.3 microns. Layer between the elongated grains filled rivnovisnymy fine grains of nickel. The average grain size in the coating at a depth of 0.8mm from the surface order is 5-7 microns, and in the surface layers decreases to Nanodimension level of size 50-60 nm
