Optical, photoelectrical and structural methods of research have been used. In particular, the thin films and heterostructures (HS) based on organic materials have been investigated. It is shown that the photoelectric properties anisotype (p-n - different types of conductivity) of the organic HS in qualitative agreement with Anderson's model of heterojunction parameters. Photoelectron properties of new composites polymethine dye - polymer were also studied. It is shown that these composites are photosensitive in a wide spectral range, including near-infrared region, and confirmed the possibility of creating low-cost flexible photovoltaic devices based on them. Possible mechanisms of the intramolecular charge transfer and collective interactions in the molecular structures in one-and two- photons excitation have been proposed. The main regularities of the structure and transformation of ordered colloidal structures based on elastic interaction of colloidal particles on the surface of a nematic liquid crystals (LCs). The characteristics of lyotropic chromonic LC (LCLC) as a new class of liquid crystals have been studied. The methods of constructing LCLC samples with pre-determined and controlled properties and the corresponding orientation were elaborated. The conductivity of mixtures of liquid crystals with nanoparticles was investigated. It is stated that there is a nonlinear dependence of the conductivity mixture even at low concentrations of nanoparticles. Thermochromic transformation processes and intermolecular self-organization of bistable pigments in chromenoacridines in LC matrices have also been studied. It was found that the ordering process prevents the LC chromenoacridines self-arrangement and affects the crystallization of the dye. Based on these results it is possible to develop a new generation of electronic technologies - sensors, optoelectronics, photovoltaic cells, light emitting diodes, field effect transistors, in particular, is patented used for transistors method LCLC orientation.
