Input part of samples was characterized by optical spectroscopy; glass transition temperature of samples was established by differential scanning calorimetry. High-resolution x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used for the investigation of the structure of the as-prepared Ge-As-Se ChG. Gamma-irradiation of the Ge-As-Se ChG was performed. Gamma-induced physical ageing of the Ge-As-Se ChG was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. Peculiarities of the influence of natural and gamma-induced ageing on the ChG parameters were established. It was proposed the mathematical model describing kinetics of the photo-induced optical effects metastability in ChG. Kinetic dependences of the photo-induced effects metastability were established experimentally. Mathematical modeling of the experimental dependences was performed. It was established compositional and thickness dependences of the relaxation functions parameters. It was prepared 4 common scientific publications based on the performed investigations.
