It was performed input characterization of all samples and confirmed amorphous of obtained materials. Compositional dependence of the optical transmission spectra of the prepared ChG corresponds to the concentration behavior of band-gap of these materials. Compositional peculiarities of the valence bands of these ChG were investigated by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Rejuvenation of the As-Se, Ge-Se and Ge-As-Se ChG samples was performed. Differential scanning calorimetry investigation shows significant physical ageing effect in all Se-enriched samples despite of the investigated system. Nuclear magnetic resonance investigation of Se-enriched samples confirms validity of the chain-crossing model describing the structure of these materials and its invariability concerning physical ageing processes.
