It was established a synergistic effect of under film corrosion inhibition for steel and duralumin samples with polyurethane coatings filled with Ca-modified nanoporous zeolite and nanoscale zinc phosphate. The effect consists in an exchange of metal cations and hydrogen ions on calcium ions and the formation of protective phosphate film with low solubility on cathodic and anodic sites of corroding metal.
