Study goal was to improve treatment and rehabilitation efficacy for patients with essential hypertension and concurrent conditions by scientifically proven complex medical treatment and physiotherapy in general practice. Study results show that the developed complexes that include physical and breathing exercises, hydroaromatherapy, laser therapy, used differently depending on the type of vegetative dysfunction and adaptive capacity of the circulatory system, have a positive influence on subjective and objective state of the patients, functional parameters and anxiety levels. All of these had a positive influence on reserve adaptive capacity of the circulatory system, improved physical exercise tolerance and patient quality of life, which may be considered the base of further prognosis improvement and arterial hypertension prevention.
