The purpose of the study was to substantiate pharmacological correction of atherogenic dyslipidemia (DLP) by improving the efficiency of diagnosis of atherogenic DLP based on overall score of indices of lipid and lipoprotein spectrum of plasma in patients with coronary heart disease. Research methods: clinical, laboratory (evaluation of lipids, lipoproteins, C-reactive protein in plasma), instrumental (ECG, echocardiography, selective coronarography), statistics. Based on the study of lipid and lipoprotein spectrum of plasma, selective coronarography and clinical observation, we identified the importance of particular indicators of lipids and lipoproteins, their total scoring in the diagnosis of atherogenic DLP. We found that the value of correlation degree of coronary stenosis with total scoring of lipid and lipoprotein spectrum of plasma (r = 0,79) exceeds that of individual indicators of lipid metabolism.
