Object of research - erythrocytes, serum of blood. Metods - reaction with addition of 10% of gelatin, a micromethod in gel, agglutination on a plane with application monoclonal antibodies. Purpose - to improve of blood transfusions by preventing the manifestations of immunological incompatibility of the Rh minor antigens and antigen K of Kell system. The results of these studies have established the frequency of AB0 antigens, major and minor antigens Rh, antigen K of Kell system to the population of the Central Ukrainian gene geographic zone of Ukraine, as well as the frequency of these antigens allosensibilization. The data obtained are a landmark in the formation of donor selection and training compatible donor, which will increase the safety of blood transfusions.Medicine.
