The use of modern diagnostic algorithm for evaluating patients with tumors in eloquent brain areas combined with the latest surgical techniques and rehabilitation treatment can reduce the risk of neurological deficits and improve treatment outcomes Rezume The modern highly effective methods of surgical treatment of patients with brain tumors ware developed, based on a combination of contemporary diagnostic neuroimaging research and advanced surgical, navigation, laser technology and rehabilitation techniques that increased the tumor resection volume, reduced trauma and prevent postoperative neurological deficits in high quality life of operated patients. New methods of preoperative diagnosis and surgical treatment of brain tumors were developed, that providing radical surgery with avoidance of adjacent brain structures and major vessels injury. Planning of operation and surgical approach was based on the use of multimodal neuroimaging pictures.
