The process flow scheme was developed, reactive devices have been recommended and the material balances were calculated. It was shown that the adapted equipment of OAO "Cherkasskoye himvolokno" (Public corporation "Cherkassy Chemical Fiber") would ensure the output of 1.55 kg of N-(1.1-dioxothiolan-3-il) kalium dithiocarbamаt per 1 kg of 3-thiolen-1.1-dioxide. The layout for periodic production of Sulphokarbation-K was developed with particular phases having been streamlined. Toxicological characteristics of system-contact action specimens were investigated on the basis of Sulphokarbation-K.
