A purpose of the work was development of the new methods of digital processing of the IR OEOS signals for increasing the effectiveness of it's functioning in automatic and manual regimes. The results of the work are new model of information system; new effective method of determination of the maximum detectable range of the small size targetsof IR OEOS; new methods for automatic target real time detection, which is based on the transformation of the entering signal in the digital form with the use of veyvlet-conversions and straight analysis of signal to the forming of digital image.
