Study subjects included 195 patients, among them 116 patients who were previously diagnosed as chronic mylogenous leukemia (CML), 46 patients who were diagnosed as myelofibrosis with myeloid metaplasia (МММ), 33 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (МDS). The forecast clinic-hematological marker of MMM was the ratio between of myeloproliferation and suppression of myeloid cells. The patients were selected according to this ratio: patients that have low risk disease (to 2 balls), patients with intermediate risk disease (from 3 to 5), and patients with high risk disease (6 balls). The patients with МDS regardless of type of disease had violation of processes apoptosis. The increase of percent of CD95+ lymphocytes (р<0,05) was detected, that is a favorable sign for prognosis of the disease and for the achievement of remission. It was determined tendency to Bcl-2+ and CD95+ granulocytes and bcl-2+ lymphocytes reduction. The patients with chronic mylomonocytic leukemia had changes of apoptosis too. Granulocytes CD95+ was increased, also it was determined tendency to CD95+ lymphocytes and Bcl-2+ cells of peripheral blood cells elevation - adverse prognostic factor.
