Also were obtained the dependence of the surface charge magnetically biosorbent [magnetic marks, yeast cells Saccharomyces cereviciae, which were prepared using different methods of mixing (mechanical or magneto)] during process of biosorption by measuring the electrophoretic mobility.For microelectrophoresis of cells with the parameters, which were necessary for this study, were designed the special chamber. There were obtained the dependence of the level of sorption-desorption and pH of the aqueous medium during magnetically biosorption.Also were optimized the parameters of the process of magnetically biosorption. Thus, as a result of research were proposed and improved theoretical models that describe the mechanism of metal ion release, the new methods of production and the production of stable complexes of yeast magnetically-magnetic tags with improved properties. Essentially new knowledge and facts about the mechanisms of allocation of heavy metals from liquids by means of magnetically biosorption were obtained, that can significantly streamline and improve the technology of separation of heavy metal ions from wastewater.
