Purpose of the research: To build a mathematical model of forming malignant tumors and models of their growth, namely after radiation therapy with dose fractionation, which can promote a theoretical substantiation of optimizing radiation therapy techniques in cancer patients Methods of research: mathematical simulation, numerical methods, methods of algorithmization and programming. Results and their novelty: Methods of assessment of temporal characteristics of carcinogenesis process were worked out using mathematical simulation, the parameters of the tumor growth were compared, absence of a significant difference in this parameter was shown, a formula for calculation of the irradiated cells survival which considers the degree of their oxygenation was suggested, an algorithm of numerical solution of the equations which describe reoxigenation processes in the tumors and their increase after irradiation was worked out. For the first time, probability model of forming malignant tumors was built, the parameters of the tumor growth were compared in different tumors, a new formula for calculation of the dependence of survival on the dose of radiation which considers cell oxygenation was suggested, and theoretical assessment of the parameters characterizing reoxygeantion processes and tumor restoration after irradiation was performed.
