ITO/CuI/TCz1/Ca/Al characterized OLED glow purple, the minimum voltage of the inclusion of 5.6 V, maximum current efficiency of 11.5 cd/A and brightness of 1800 cd/m2 (at a voltage supply 8.5 V).ITO/HPhP/Alq3/Al characterized LED glow green, the minimum voltage inclusion of such devices is 6.7 V, maximum current efficiency of 9.75 cd/A and brightness of 6568 cd/m2 (when supply voltage 14.38 V).
