It was established the films have a large amount of pores, grain size is 10 - 30 nm, it's consist of an amorphous Al2O3, and X-ray-cubic phase of Au NPs. The films obtained with a concentration of gold in the target more than 20% have a local surface plasmon resonance bands in the absorption spectra. For obtained porous films, with determinated thickness and concentration of Au NPs, the angular dependences of the coefficients of total internal reflection R have been measured and approximated in the framework of optical model which based on Fresnel equations with defined effective refractive indexes and extinction coefficients.
