Purpose of work is revision of normative documents (SOU) that determine the annual terms of exploitation of both, motor road machines and mechanisms for construction, repair and operating maintenance of motor roads. Research method is analysis and systematization of annual terms of road machines exploitation, regarding class of motor road technique; development of annual terms of new class machines exploitation on the basis of estimative analytical method, accordingly to defined exploitation conditions, taking into account technology of works implementation, duration of work periods in the current year and work breaks. Development of annual terms of exploitation of motor road machines and mechanisms for construction, repair and exploitation of motor roads allows to complete grounded assessment of exploitation norms and costs index, needed for motor road machines and mechanisms operational maintenance, that will provide mutual accounts settlement at construction and repair works deployment on motor roads.
