The combined influence of process parameters of twin-roll casting, hot and cold rolling, extrusion and alternating strain on the stress-strain state, the structure and mechanical properties of alloys and bimetallic compositions had been investigated with the help of physical and mathematical modeling. The recommendations regarding optimization of the twin-roll casting of thin strips, rolling and extrusion of sheets, tubes and profiles had been developed.
