It allows to apply the powerful methods of theory of analytical functions.On the basis of the offered method problems are first considered about the transmission of stress by stringer to the orthotropic plate with a cylindrical anisotropy. Also the questions about pressing of hard stamps in the hard verge of resilient orthotropic circular sector with the cylindrical anisotropy of edge of that envisaged was discovered at first.
