Optimal conditions for the growth of KDP:TiO2, KDP:SiO2, KDP:Al2O3 and KDP:Zr(OH)4 crystals are found. The properties of the obtained crystals are studied. The possibility to rise the efficiency of generation of the 2nd harmonic in KDP:TiO2 system by 20% in comparison with that of pure KDP is established.
