The objective is: to determine the order of selection and transmission of secret documents to archival storage. Theoretical and practical results: the development of instructions that will facilitate the normalization of processes associated with the selection, transfer of archives, storage and the description of secret documents. The scope of use is: archival units of government, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations of all ownership, state archival institutions in Ukraine.
