For the first time, an intensive fluorescence from the aggregates is observed at T=300 K. It is shown that the fluorescence lifetime for the nanosized polymers is two times longer than for the polymer solutions, being practically temperature independent. For the first time, it was proven the existence of discrete energy traps for charge carriers in the silica-organic polymers and composites. It is found that the shape of TSL spectra is formed not by a set of statistically distributed charge carrier traps, but by frequency factor dispersion. Novelty: new oganic-inorganic composite films with stable optical parameters are designed. Efficiency of implementation-it is not yet innovation, a sphere (an industry) applications are- optoelectronics.
