A purpose of work is an increase of level of consolidation, adaptation ability and productivity of animals of Taurian zonal type of Ukrainian Red milk and South type of Ukrainian Black-Spotted milk breeds. Methods of researches - selection, zootechnic, immunogenetic, serum, biometrical. The system of selection of Taurian type of the Ukrainian Red Dairy breed realization of which assists the increase of consolidation of selection signs of animals and to 5541 kg provide the increase of level of yield is worked out, to content of fat in milk - 3,88%, milk fat - 214 kg, level of adaptation - 7,39. The selection receptions of increase of level of the productivity of herd of South type of the Ukrainian Black-Spotted Dairy breed provide yield from a cow 6093 kg of milk, content of fat of 4,36%, content protein of 3,1%. Methodology of genetic analysis is reasonable at application of the long-term immunogenetic monitoring for the estimation of degree of phyllogenetic mutual relations and consolidation of population. Introduction of the system provides the increase of efficiency of selection on 16-22%. A purview - the dairy cattle breeding.
